• In-Person Drop-Off: Our friendly service advisors are ready to welcome you during business hours (Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM) at our Provo location: 555 S 500 E, Provo, UT 84606. We'll discuss your concerns and get your Subaru checked in efficiently.
• Secure After/Before-Hours Drop-Off: Need to drop off your Subaru outside of our regular hours? No problem! Our secure key drop-off system allows you to leave your vehicle      safely before we open or after we close. Simply use the provided envelopes for your keys and notes, and we'll take care of it when we open. This convenient service makes it easy to fit Subaru repair into your busy schedule.
•  Complimentary Local Shuttle or Rideshare: For your convenience, we offer complimentary drop-off and pick-up within a 5-mile radius of our shop. Alternatively, we can arrange a rideshare (via services like Lyft) to your home or work address, and the cost will be added to your final repair invoice. 

Once your Subaru is with us, our process moves seamlessly into our modern shop management software.

• Digital Vehicle Check-In: We use advanced software to streamline the check-in process, ensuring all your vehicle's details and reported concerns are accurately recorded.
• Transparent Authorization: Before any work begins, we require your electronic signature via our secure platform. This ensures you clearly understand and authorize the initial testing and evaluation, as well as any subsequent recommended repairs. You'll receive clear documentation directly to your device and or provided email address.

Here, you can view your Subaru Health Report, see photos/videos of your vehicle's issues (where applicable), review repair recommendations, approve services, and track the progress of your repair. This portal keeps you informed every step of the way, allowing you to make educated decisions about your Subaru's care.
